Controversial: Is this a lede . . .

. . . or a lede and nut graf smushed together?

Four years after promising to tear down an old and potentially hazardous water tank near Santana Boulevard, the Lansing City Council has now found an alternate option to their problem. In a 4-3 vote, the council approved a motion last night to sell the tank to President of Alladdin Paints William Krueger, who offered to repaint and clean it for $50,000.
